Who we are
Your Rhythm is a brand operated by NK Production s.r.o., Námestie A. Cabana 25, 941 06 Komjatice, Slovakia, company registration number (IČO) 35921064. NK Production s.r.o. is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@your-rhythm.com or write to our registered address above. This policy covers visitors to www.your-rhythm.com, people who contact us, and people who book an introductory call. Processing of personal data that clients entrust to us for delivery of their services is addressed separately in the relevant service agreement and, where required, a data processing agreement.
Information we collect and why
Enquiries and proposals. Our discovery form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide your company or venue, website, Instagram profile, country and information about the support you need. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements and prepare a proposal. When you are considering a contract with us personally, this supports steps you request before a contract. When you represent a business, our legitimate interest is communicating with prospective business customers. Call bookings and communication. When you book through Calendly, we process your name, email address, selected time, time zone and any notes you provide. We use these details to arrange the call, send booking updates and communicate through email, calendar invitations and Google Meet. The legal basis is the same as for enquiries, depending on whether you contact us for yourself or for a business. Operating and securing the website. Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps and security events. Our legitimate interest is keeping the website available, preventing abuse and protecting communications. The contact form uses Wix spam protection and may use Google reCAPTCHA. Privacy choices. Usercentrics records choices made through the cookie banner, along with the technical information needed to apply and demonstrate those choices. We process these records to meet consent-related legal obligations. Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are used, consent is the basis for their use where required. Providing enquiry information is voluntary. Name and email are required by the website form so that we can identify and answer your enquiry. Without the details needed for a booking, we cannot arrange it. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people in the enquiry field.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses technologies needed to operate and protect the site. You can accept, deny or adjust your cookie choices through the Usercentrics banner, and reopen Privacy Settings to change them later. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Use More Information in the banner to inspect the available details about services and technologies. Cookie and service information is maintained through the consent platform and its website scan. The list can change when website integrations change.
Services that receive information
- Wix: website hosting, discovery forms, contact records and website security.
- Calendly: scheduling discovery calls and sending booking communications. Following the booking link opens Calendly's website.
- Google Workspace: business email, calendar and Google Meet calls.
- Usercentrics for Wix: managing cookie preferences and consent records.
- Google reCAPTCHA, where invoked through the form: detecting automated abuse.
These providers may process information on our behalf and may also act independently for purposes covered by their own notices. Relevant information is available in the Wix Privacy Policy (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy), Calendly Privacy Notice (https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice), Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Usercentrics for Wix Privacy Policy (https://www.cookiebot.com/en/wix-privacy-policy/). We may disclose information to professional advisers or competent authorities when necessary for legal obligations or legal claims. A link to Instagram or another external website takes you to a service governed by its own privacy practices.
International processing
Our business is based in Slovakia. Some service providers and their subprocessors operate internationally, including outside the European Economic Area. The transfer arrangements applicable to the relevant service may include an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy.
How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship, we retain the enquiry and related correspondence or booking details for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or a specific legal dispute requires longer retention. If you become a client, relevant information becomes part of the client file. Retention then depends on service delivery, applicable accounting obligations and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We distinguish these records from unsuccessful enquiries. Technical logs and consent records follow the relevant service's retention settings and the period needed for security and evidence of privacy choices. Details of cookie lifetimes are available through the consent platform where supplied by the relevant service. Contact us for further information about a particular record.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact hello@your-rhythm.com; we may need information to verify your identity. You can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, through https://dataprotection.gov.sk/sk/, or to another competent supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live or work.
Updates
We will update this policy when our services or data practices change. The published version will show its latest revision date.
